What to Expect

Please call the office to schedule an appointment.  Our staff may ask you for some basic information. We will contact you within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to confirm the date and time.

On the date of your first appointment, you should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please remember to bring any necessary documentation, including your insurance card, driver’s license, or valid photo ID.

Your first appointment will consist primarily of a comprehensive history and physical examination. Our providers will then review their findings, discuss treatment options, and order additional diagnostic testing if clinically warranted.

Our office policy is to charge a fee for missed appointments without a 24 hour advanced notice.
